• Please ensure that the capacitor case has been well and effectively grounded.
• Please ensure that insulation measure has been provided for any faulty components/areas in the system.
• Because of the failure of discharge component, the capacitor may be charged with electricity even after being disconnected, thus, please be careful when handling the capacitor.
• Please comply with the appropriate engineering practice.
• Do not use HRC fuses to open or break the capacitor (otherwise the electric arc may cause danger).
• Once the voltage is applied, please also pay attention to the capacitor terminal, connecting bus bar and cable, as well as any other components connected to them.
Because they are all charged with electricity!
Storage and Operating Conditions
Please do not use or store the capacitor in the corrosive air, especially chloride gas, sulfide gas, acid air, alkaline air, salty air or air with the existing similar substances.
In dusty environments, the capacitor and its terminals in particular shall be maintained and cleaned on a routine basis in order to prevent conductive channel between phase and phase or between phase and ground. The average temperature of ambient temperature category is 45ºC and the average temperature within a year shall not exceed 35ºC. In the limiting cases, the temperature shall not exceed 60ºC.
Attention! The safety device may be out of control if exceeds the maximum allowable temperature. The capacitor can not be used if there is a dent, or any mechanical or other forms of damage.
